        陸氏太倉人。大西關外。張季思妻也。年十七。即長齋念佛。且誦金剛經。大悲呪。回向西方。見殺物命者。即發願救度。

        康熈四十二年九月。空中見輿舟西往。其肩輿運舟者皆僧。不三日安然念佛而脫。時為九月二十六。
